Time to vote!!

It is election season here in Illinois, and we wanted to make sure that everyone is ready to get out and cast their votes!

Please make sure that you are registered to vote by October 23. You can register to vote by visiting the State Board of Elections website (www.elections.il.gov) and selecting “Online Voter Registration.”

You can actually vote now! Early voting has already begun and will continue up until election day.

To vote early in person, please visit the State Board of Elections webpage for a full list of early voting locations and hours in your area. You can also vote via mail-in ballot. You may request an application for your mail-in ballot online. All requests for a mail-in ballot must be made by 5 days before election day.

And, of course, you can vote on Election Day — Tuesday, November 8. For a full list of voting locations please visit the website listed above. Polls are open from 6:00 AM-7:00 PM on election day.

The Gubernatorial candidates, Governor JB Pritzker and Darren Bailey, will be holding televised debates on October 6 in Normal, IL and October 18 in Chicago. To learn more about their policies and platforms, tune into the debates which can be live streamed from Nexstar Media Group,

If you want to know everyone who is running in your area, a full list of district maps and candidates can be found on the State Board of Elections website.

Lets make sure we all go out on November 8 (or sooner for early voting) and cast our ballots!

Our voices matter, and this is the best way to make sure they are heard!!
